Sending a page as an E-mail

Want to send a single page as an e-mail but when I hit sile and poinnt to
send E-Mail the only option i am given is "Send Publication as Attachment".
Any ideas on how to get "Send This Page as Message" to Display.

You need to set Outlook Express 5.0 or 6.0, or Outlook 2002 or 2003 (only
Outlook 2003 with Publisher 2003) as your default email client.
