Sending all mail to Outlook Today Inbox

How do I send/recieve mail from my hotmail account and
have it delivered to my Outlook Today Inbox? Also, how do
I have the Outlook Inbox on the messages menu instead of
the Hotmail one? I hate having to sit while my mail is
being downloaded...
