Sending an appointment.

I have setup a meeting between myself and party B, I want to send this
meeting to party C without inviting them to the meeting. Just so they have
a record of where I'll be during that time. Is this possible? If so how do
I do it?

Highlight the appointment in your Calendar folder, then choose Actions, Send as iCal.
