When I open up a Contact and try to e-mail them, the resulting New Message
window does not have the toolbar the includes File, Edit, View, Insert, etc.
I am also unable to attach files to this New Message (the cursor remains a
crossed out circle even when I place it over the window).
How do I correct these two problems? Strangely enough, neither of these
problems occurs when I open a New Message in the Mail folder.
