Sending E-Mail

Outlook 2000 won't send e-mail, it stays in out box. I have double checked my
accounts profile and setup is correct (I think) It's the same outlook express

Usually if you are not clearing the outbox your connection is down. Are you
reading news? I suppose your posting shows that it's up... Just an idea. I
know with mine it was the modem configuration but then I didn't have the web
or news.

Enable diagnostic logging and see if an error shows.
