Sending e-mails using Access97 through Outlook2002

When trying to send mass e-mails through my Access 97DB
using outlook 2002 I get the a program is trying to access
your address book message. then i must ok to allow for ten
min and then ok each email. Can I get around this security
feature, or block it for the time i am sending my mass
emails?
