sending e-mails with macros

I want to send e-mails automatically with Excel's (or
Outlook's) macro, but Outlook asks me each time before
sending the e-mail whether I want to allow the program to
send the e-mail on my behalf.

How can I skip this security procedure, so that no human
interaction is required?
