sending email through another program

I want to send an auto email through my database.
Everything is done, but when I do the send, each time an
email is sent I get a dialoge box asking if I want to send
this email. I have to wait five seconds to respond. I
have over 200 emails that I want sent. Does anyone know
how to bypass this extremly annoying problem
