My org. is setting up all email boxes to archive every 60
days to each users respective folder on a private drive.
The first time I set it up the only folders that were
archived were the calender, deleted items, and sent
items. I know I can go into the properties of each
individual folder and set them to be archived to the
private drive, but the problem arises when individuals
have several subfolder in their inbox. It appears that I
have to go into the properties of every folder to set the
correct path, which I would rather avoid. Is there an
easier way to do this, without changing the path in every
folder?
