Sending mail from Word, using address book from Outlook

Hi

a user here sometimes sends documents directly from Word, using the send mail function. When he clicks the To button, no address shows up. How can he get the addresslist from Outlook

His profile was recreated, and I moved the .pst file and all other files in the same directory to his new profile. Maybe something happened here
