Sending mail in outlook

How can I send hotmail messages in outlook 2000? So, is
there any to compose a message in outlook and send it
from my hotmail account or my hotmail address linked as
the sender?

Outlook 2002 was the first version that allowed for Hotmail, check here
though for kludgy workaround
