sending mail to come FROM a mailbox

Can I make mail look like it's coming from a mailbox that
I'm attached to? I have 2 separate functions and it would
be less confusing to the receivers of my emails from the
mailbox I use to see it coming from there instead of my
main name.

The owner of the mailbox or the Exchange administrator would have to
grant you either "Send on behalf" or "Send as" permissions for that
mailbox. If you have Send on behalf permission, the mail would show the
From as "Rick on behalf of MailboxOwner". If you have Send as
permission, the message would appear to have been sent by MailboxOwner.
