Sending Mail

For some reason, I have one PC out of 40 that does not
automatically send mail out when your click send. The
only way it leaves the outbox is when you click the
send/receive button. Mail is set to 1 minute delivery and
as far as I can tell all 40 machines are set the same.
Any ideas???
