Sending message to group of addressees

When I try to send a message to a group of addressees Outlook 2003 posts a
message: "Internal Support Function Returned an Error". I have searched the
Knowledge Base and all the sources I know of and can find no reference to
this message. I suspect it is a message that isn't supposed to occur, but I
have no idea how to fix the problem. Messages send just fine to individual
addressees but not to groups. Did something go wrong with the install?
