Sending Newsletters

I want to send newsletters via e-mail, but I want them to
be a part of the e-mail, not just an attachment.

Can someone plese tell me how to do it for Outlook Express
(97) and Outlook 2000?

just click on insert,in your email then what you want, it
will be a file in the pull down menu, then look for the
file you want then insert and insert

In 2000, it only adds the file as an attachment. What I
want to do is to be able to add it as the mail message
itself.
