I have the following problem: a user in our company has a
French laptop (WXP), with office 2k installed. When he
sends an external email all the French characters are
removed (or translated to another character set) - for
example 'e with an accent above' becomes 'i'. However,
when he sends an internal email they are received as
originally written.
