I have a problem sending pictures to a mail recipient. I
use to be able to right click the picture and use "Send
To / Mail Recipient". Currently this option is not
working. A dialog box appears to ask if I "Want to make
my picture smaller" and nothing happens. Before this,
the same dialog box appears and then my Outlook would
open up with the picture as an attachment ready to send.
This time, my Outlook does not open up. Can anyone help?
