sending/receiving email OE 2007

I have just upgraded to OE2007 and am trying to get my email working.
Charter cable is my ISP. I've tried setting up my email accounts using the
same settings as I had with Office 2003 but to no avail. I can not send or
receive mail. Tried talking to MS and Charter but with no success. They
just point fingers. I can access all my email on Charter's website but that
defeats having Outlook.

I am not very literate in what I'm trying to do. Can someone walk me thru
this and/or offer suggestions?

I guess my protocols are lacking as I am a first time user. I am using
Outlook 2007 in Office Enterprise 2007. If I need to go to a different user
group please direct me and I'll get out of your hair....

nothing to do with getting out of my hair - as we cannot see your computer
you need to be VERY specific in your post - there is no such thing as OE
2007 - so my request to you was perfectly reasonable and logical - and also
many people post here with OE questions in error.

Your best route to solve this issue with the Office Enterprise Edition is to contact the IT person at the Company from where you purchased this Enterprise Edition through the Home purchase program. They are the ones that hold the Volume license and can help you with your issue.
