Hi There,

I want to send the same e-mail to several people within
my contact group, but I don't want each individual to see
the e-mail names of all the other people who will recieve
the e-mail.

Is this possible, and how do I do it.

Any assistance would be great !!

Thanks,

Stevie

Address the mail by using the BCC field instead of using the To or CC field.

(to SEE the BCC field, you may want from a open message select:

Outlook 2000:
View:BCC to show BCC along with default TO and CC.

Outlook 2002:
"Options" toolbar button to select BCC from dropdown menu

You'll find the BCC by clicking your curser on the icon of a book right by the CC. Look at the window that comes upcarefully because you choose a name from the address book that is there on the left and move it over to either CC or Bcc. I had a heck of time finding it myself.
