Is this possable, I have a client who uses Exchange
2000. Sending tasks from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2000
taks are fine. This client has users at a remote office
that pick up there Exchange mail via POP. When tasks are
sent to these users the Tasks come through just as a
message. I have tried changing the Mail format to Plain,
Html, Rich Text still not joy any help appreciated.

You need to force RTF on these tasks to outside users. Before sending,
right click on the address, select properties, and at the bottom, check the
box to send using RTF.
