Sending update to appointment

Need more to go on. What user client version? What OS?
Has the object changed?

This sounds very client related, but need more
information to work with.

BTW, this is not in a preview pane is it? That's been an
issue before. If they are using the preview pane, try
having them turn it off and see if the error continues.
