Sends same e-mail Repeatedly

Some e-mails taht I send seem to stay in my outbox and
keeps sending repeatedly... can anyone help here?

I have the same problem sometimes after upgrading from Outlook XP to Outlook
2003.
I also have VirusScan Pro 8.0 and using Windows XP Pro which came with my
Toshiba laptop.
This is becoming a major niusance for some of my recipients. Any ideas?
