I am using a macro to send a query to a preset email
address. This file is used in several locations except one
gives an error message "The format that enables you to
output data as a Microsoft Excel, Rich Text format, MSDOS
text, or HTML file are missing from the windows registry.
Run setup to reinstall "our access file name" or if you
are familiar with registry fix it yourself.
We actually repartioned the hard drive and reinstalled
Windows 2000 and Office 2000 and still got the same error
message. However, we can select the query and use the
menu commands to send via email without any problems.
What gives? Anybody have a clue for me?
Thank you in advance.
