Sent email get deleted

Once I sent an email outlook dosen't keep it in the sent folder it delet it.

I did not set up any rolls for that.

Any idea what might cause this problem

Go to Tools -> Options
on the selected tab there exists a button labeled: "E-mail Options"
check the box that corresponds to the following text:
"Save copies of messages in Sent Items Box"
