Sent Email Now Showing

Items are not showing up in my sent email as of 3 days ago. It is set to
'Save items in sent folder'. any suggestions???

You may have another PST file open. If you have folder view active, you
can play around with that left side hierarchical view and see if
there's another Personal Folders file there. That other Personal
Folders may be where your Sent items are being saved.

How many items are in your Sent Items folder? What version of Outlook?
What type of account?
