Sent Items Folder crashing Outlook 2002

Cannot open Sent Items Folder; it immediately closes
Outlook and sends folder to taskbar on desktop. Folder
then cannot be minimized, moved, closed or changed in any
way by right-clicking on it, will not open when selected.
When the agent tried again the folder duplicated and now
there are two on the desktop taskbar. They will disappear
when CPU is booted, but as soon as Outlook is opened, and
Sent Items Folder selected, the program again closes and
puts both folders on the taskbar again. We've tried
uninstalling and reinstalling Office XP and all upgrades
and patches--the problems remain the same. Help!
