All,
I have a user that when he sends emails, they ARE NOT
copied to the sent items folder. I have done the
following to roubleshoot.
1. Verify that the box is checked under
Tools\Options\Email Options tab to copy sent items to sent
items folder.
2. Unchecked..apply Checked..apply said box in #1
3. Removed\reinstall Office XP SBE
4. Installed Office XP Service Pack 3
User has a roaming profile on XP Pro Service Pack 1 and is
a member of a Windows 2000 domain.
