Serious problems

Usine Windows X Pro and Outlook 2002 for over a year. Now
I can't send a message in Outlook. It acts as if it can't
communicate with itself. I've rebooted several times but
always the application freezes up when I try to send an e-
mail. The problem began while trying to read a friends e-
mail. How can I uninstall Outlook and reinstall it?

I think the latest winXP patch is in conflict with
Outlook. Can't put my finger on what exactly but if you
uninstall patch, if in fact you have downloaded it, should
help. Go to control panel, add/remove and select the
latest update hotfix Saturdays date December 27, 2003.
From what I read in the PC mags MS won't address
individual probs with hotfixes. You have to figure it out
on your own. SP2 is coming out next year. Karen
