Server 2003 and Office 2007 Ultimate compatability issue

I just installed Office 2007 Ultimate on my Windows Server 2003 R2 and the
technical term I believe is: IT NO WORKY!!! It states that Office 2007
cannot be used and I need to contact my "reseller" for more information. Why
the hell would that be...this is a MS problem in my mind. Am I missing
something (which is quite possible as I'm new at being a network
administrator and being 41 years of age). Any words of wisdom would be
helpful. If it won't work on Server 2003 R2 then which Office Suite will?
