Anybody have any idea what this means and what I do about it?

KB appears to be unhelpful as I can't find a case that applies.

The first timeit appeared it was for ".ace" which was associated with
winrar. I uninstalled winrar and now I get it for .jar (which is associated
with "exectable jar file") -- whatever that is.

FP2002 is installed on the machine running IIS (XP Pro with service pack 2
installed).

A .jar file is a Java Archive file.

I got the same error after installing WinRAR. I could not open or create a
new FP 2000 Web.

I am using Win XP Pro. I tried everything like uninstalling Office, Win RAR
and reinstalling Office... Howeve, the error continued.

Do I used the System Restore Option in Win XP.
Start>Programs>Accessories>SystemTools>System Restore

I restored the system to a date before the date I installed WinRAR. Once
this was done everything started working fine i.e. I could create or open a
Web in FP2000.

Hope this helps
