Service for Information Rights Managemen

Hi,
I maked one presentation using Power Point 2003 and unfortunately used this
free service from microsoft for information right management.now from last
two days i cannot open file it says you "this presentation was created using
Information Rights Management service you dont have credentials to open
it.would you like to get credetial for this service" when click yes it gives
me sign yep for service yes or no then i click yes.the error message comes
this service is temprarily unavailable or my be your browser is set to
offline.

really i am stuck in problem i want to open this file tell me is there any way
