Set-up file for Word 2000

I personalized the look of Word 2000 the way I think makes my work easier - I brought out the icons that would otherwise be digged out from the depths of the menu, created short-cut keys, macros, etc..

Now, on what file is this being saved & where? are macros I created included in this file? can I copy it to other machines with same version of word but different windows

I looked it up in word help but didn't find it, or perhaps not looking for the right term...
