Setting a Form's target Sub-Web

I'm trying to set up a registration system using FP 2000
and a MySQL database. In the instructions included in
the template for the registration form it says:

"To configure this page, first edit the form's
properties to set the name of the target sub web."

I can't figure out how to do this. Properties does have
a place to enter "Target Frame" but seems to be geared to
single pages not sub webs.
