Setting a Reminder in Outlook

I want to set a reminder for a particular task and I have
followed the instructions in help (go to view and change
to Gantt Chart and then bring up the workgroup toolbar)but
the set reminder icon is not available for use - it is
grayed. How can I get it to work?

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

You need to set up a workgroup first - see Help for Workgroups
