Setting of Line Breaks (Plain Text Message Format)

I am using Outlook 2000 SP-3.

I know how to set to Plain Text (ASCII) my message format but I am stumped
as to how to tell Outlook that I want a line break after 80 (or so)
characters.

Anybody knows if this is possible?
