setting the From in outlook

Is there any way of setting the From in an e-mail to
something other than the default?

So basically, from my outlook app, can I set the Sender to
be someone other than my e-mail address
([email protected] in this case)?

If this is possible, will an undelivered message end up in
the mailbox of the e-mail of the 'forced' sender or my e-
mail addres where the message was actually sent from.

Hope this makes sense and that someone out there can
answer it.
