Setting Up Calendar Options for all users

Hello,

I need to setup the Free/Busy Options for all my users.
How can I do this without having to ask all my users to do it manually?

Hello,

I downloaded and installed PFDAVAdmin but I do not see where I can change
free/busy options.

I need to setup all my users to publish 12 months of Calendar free/busy
information on the server instead of 2.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry, I thought you were asking about calendar folder permissions. Must be Friday.

You can set the f/b publishing interval with a Group Policy Object and a policy setting in the Outlk11.adm file, available from the Office 2003 Resource Kit downloads page at Microsoft.
