setting up e-mail accounts

I have Office 2000 Pro. When trying to set up the e-mail
accounts to receive my e-mail through Outlook, the types
of servers provided are only POP3 and IMAP. I have a
hotmail account which requires http. Is there any way of
configurating it? I also have a yahoo account and I'm
also having trouble setting this one up. What is the
procedure when it comes to setting up the servers?
