Settings all disabled

MOPS seemed to have been successfully installed in standalone mode on SBS,
but all the settings are disabled except the Account and User Management
settings. Unable to set the Organizational settings or any other settings for
that matter!!

I thought it may be because it is a trial version, but I was directed here.
Hopefully someone has an answer short of attempting a reinstallation?
