Is it asking for Exchange credentials?

It depends on your configuration. Are you connecting to a POP3 server,
or Exchange?

MS Mail? What version of Outlook do you have? If you open Control
Panel>Mail, do you see a "Show Profiles" button? I can't imagine why a
reference to OE would appear in anything for Outlook.

How does this answer the questions I asked:
What version of Outlook? Do you see a "Show Profiles" button in the Mail
Control Panel?
