Several reminders open every monday without reason

We have a strange problem here in our company. On 3
computer outlook opens several reminder ( >20, i dont know
how many there are totally) every monday morning. But for
each reminder only one date is set (e.g. birthday) and not
every monday. So how can i solve this problem? Any ideas?

Start Outlook once from the run line with the clean reminders switch -

start | run | outlook.exe /cleanreminders <enter>
