Hi - I am using Vision 2003 Professional and recently noticed that no search
results are being returned for Shape Search queries. The search just
cointinues.. (for days on end if allowed). I have modified the search options
to search the internet only, only my computer etc but with no change in
behaviour. This feature did work in the past - but i cant pintpoint any
changes i made in the interim. Visio has been added to the Exceptions list
on my firewall and i can access online help etc via the application so
connectivity doesnt seem to be an issue. I have also stopped the indexing
service and restarted it, and turned it on from the application but again
with no avail
I have scanned the MS troubleshooting pages but to no avail also. Any
information much apprectiated..
