A coworker left and had a contact database on her outlook which was shared with 2 other people in our office. We imported (copied) the contact database from her outlook onto mine. (I was told that her outlook stays on that machine she had in the background even though the machine has a new user) I then invited a coworker to accept this new contact database folder on my computer. He accepted, but it didn't work. He then shared his database with me making him the master, but in the email I received the accept button was corrupted. Our IT support updated my outlook 2000 and we had my coworker try the share again. I never received it. We have now wiped my computer clean, reinstalled outlook 2000 and installed Microsoft Windows XP Professional as my operating system. What's our next step? Should we have my coworker try and share the folder with me again? I've been told that we do not use an IMAP server and that I do have the Netfolders component. I'm a novice with this "Share a Folder" function so any advise is very welcome. Is there anything else we should check on my machine before we have my coworker try and share the folder with me?
Thanks,
Chris
