Share Mail using Outlook 2002 with 2 computers, without Exchange Server

I have got Outlook 2002 installed on 2 PC's and I want to
be able to share email, contacts etc between them. I have
tried creating a new .pst and .pab into a shared folder on
one PC and have pointed both Outlooks to this file. The
only problem with this, is only one pc can access the file
at anyone time. Otherwise it works how I wanted it too.I
have missed some field or setting somewhere.
Any help appreciated.
