Share one folder

Using Outlook 2002. I need to share one folder
(read,write) in my inbox with one person. How can I
accomplish this without granting privileges to all of my
folders. Thanks. pms.

Right click the folder you want to share.
go to properties
select permissions
click add
select the users name in the Global address list
then supply permissions
