Shared Border Properties

I have a graphic at the top of each page that I want to stretch to the left
and right edges of the displayed page. It is inside a shared border. When I
display it in a browser it does not stretch to the edges. How do I correct
this?

Is the graphic set to 100% width in the top shared border page?

Where do I set that? I've tried "top" alignment and every thing.

You select the image, then image/photo/picture properties and change the width to 100%.

That is what I tried. When I do the page size suddenly roughly triples. It
will not even fit on my monitor in preview mode. I set the Picture
Properties to 100% width (height blank -- but that does not make a
difference). This is FP2003.
