Shared Borders

I have shared borders on my company Intranet website that I designed. The
top, left, and bottom borders are blue. They are very plain and boxy looking
with straight edges, just a plain border. What I would like to do I is give
it more of a professional appearance and fade the edges of the borders. How
do I do that in Frontpage 2002? Thanks in advance.

HTML provide a way to spedcify gradients or other shading
effects. Therefore, you'll need to create some picture
files with the effects you want, and display them along
the border areas.

Excuse me, this was a typo. It should have read:

HTML provide NO way to specify gradients or other shading
effects. Therefore, you'll need to create some picture
files with the effects you want, and display them along
the border areas.
