Shared Calendar looks different with different users

When two people are looking at the shared calendar on our network the views
are different. One month it will show appointments on the day and then on
another month it will span over two days, even though it is set up to show on
only that day. We have made sure all settings are the same on all computers.
Any ideas.

The symptoms suggest that their time zone or daylight savings time settings are different.
