We have a shared contacts out in the Exchange public folders. Is there a way
to either have the Flag for Follow up actually show on local machines who
have access to this public folder or set up a synchronized calendar on the
local machine in outlook that takes it's updates from the shared calendar so
the Follow up will actually send a reminder to follow up? Apparently when
the calendar is not within the email profile for a user it does not know
where to send a follow up reminder to but this would be very helpful. Any
advice is appreciated. Thanks!
