Shared Contacts

I am designated as a delegate for my bosses Contacts folder. When I add
contacts to his folder, he is unable to see them. I am also unable to see
anything he adds. There doesn't seem to be any synchronicity (We are on an
exchange server.)

Any ideas what may be causing this to happen?
